My now wife and I got married last night at ******** *****. At the end of the night, myself, my wife, and our bridal party (which totaled 20 passengers) were driven from the venue to *** ***** *******. Once the majority of the bridal party was in the limo, one of the passengers (my sister, ******), who is pregnant (and was 100% sober), asked if the driver had a trash bag for the ride, as she wanted to ensure that in the event that someone were to get sick, that there would be a trash can, as it is not easy to ask the driver to stop the vehicle in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival to *** ***** *******, the bridal party exited the limo. ****** then looked through the limo with the driver of the limo that drove the limo the bridal party rode in, as well as the additional limo driver that carried guests from the wedding to the hotel, and was told by both drivers that the vehicle was in good condition, upon a walk through of the limo, by the (both) drivers, with a flashlight. This morning my wife and I woke up to an unauthorized charge on our debit card (which Fortunex had on file), that stated "throw up" for $300. After speaking with the bridal party, as well as with the discussion ****** had with the drivers, we are certain that no one threw up in the limo during our time in the vehicle. Upon discussion with the owner of Fortunex, Wendy, we were told that they "did not see that throw up last night because of the lighting" and that "you (we) should count your (our) blessings you weren't charged the normal $500". We asked for pictures of the "damage" done, yet Fortunex is unable to provide the evidence that they have. The owner, Wendy, has also stated that we should "Take up your (our) issue with the bridle party. And those that can't hold their liquor." Knowing that no one threw up in this limo, we believe that this charge is fraudulent, that the owners of this business are trying to take advantage of us, and are saddened by the unprofessional conduct of all.Business response

I'm *** ****** and on the night of the wedding I wasn't the driver, I was there but in another limousine taking the second group to the hotel. A lady at the party suggested we give out bags in case someone got sick, we informed the group if you throw up and miss the bag it's a 500.00 fee, one gentleman ask what if we spill beer, I said no charge and he yelled and informed the group if you get sick use the bag, after the group was dropped off it was so late and hectic we didn't check the limo. Next morning the driver returned the limo and informed me he had to clean up throw up, I said did you take a picture he said no but asked me to get in and smell the oder, I did not, all I have is my driver's word. I then charged the customer 300.00, I've never had a group suggest someone in the party my be sick, I figured it could happen and when my driver said he had to clean up throw up I believed him, I'm do sorry this turned out this way
