We used Fortunex for our daughter's 12th birthday. She invited a variety of friends from multiple localities to her party and the limo ride to the party gave them an hour together to get to know one another. I was very nervous about entrusting the safety of the girls to a random driver but I was very impressed! They drove slowly and took the long way to the destination to ensure the smoothest ride without charging extra. The driver was SO enthusiastic, he had the limo packed with drinks and snacks and encouraged them to play their music as loud as they wanted. He treated these 12-year-olds like royalty. He had to make multiple stops to pick up the individual groups and never complained. The booking and payment process was smooth. The owner followed up the night before to get an updated headcount to ensure they had enough supplies. I can't say enough about this experience. We've used another local well-known limo company in the past and this experience was far better d/t the enthusiasm of the driver and the way he made the girls feel like they belonged and how he gave them permission to be silly and have a blast with it! We will definitely use Foutunex in the future!

We had a wedding this past weekend,(oct.2,2021) and We were blessed to have Ken&Wally from Fortunex Limo service escort us to and from the rehearsal dinner Friday night and the reception to and from Saturday night. Both of you were so accommodating and just couldn’t do enough for our party. You made everything perfect for all of us which included a wedding party of 14 groomsmen and bridesmaids not including the bride and groom. The bride knew nothing about the rehearsal limo and she was pleasantly surprised! This 20 capacity Cadillac Escalade was so awesome and everyone was thrilled to be in it. Ken took us on Friday and Wally drove us on Saturday. Both of you went above and beyond what any of us could have ever expected. On the way to the reception there was bottles of .champagne available for toasting and music with 10 speakers to sing and jam to. Wally was so into the wedding party, it was as though he was the official photographer and asked if it was ok if he took pictures and is said to “ please have at it.” He took so many pictures and sent them to me, it’s like an album! After the reception was over, we had much cleaning up to do and things to pack up to take back to Aztec rental as well as lots of gifts. We filled up 2 trucks and 1 car with everything and being my truck was back at the church we needed more room for things. Some of the wedding party left in other vehicles after the reception and that gave us room in the limo to finish the job. Not only did Wally take us to the church to load trucks and other vehicles cause we still had extra things,( I was going to have to unload at my house and come back to reload at the church) he wouldn’t take no for an answer and followed us home and helped us unload ALL the things we had! Talk about going above and beyond, my wife and I were overwhelmed with the extraordinary service that was shown to us. This is the top of the line limo service! I know they have a 5 star rating, but in my experience with them I’m doubling it and giving them 10 if there is such a thing in rating. You will not be able to find a better transportation service than Fortunex. I experienced an emergency on the Sunday before Labor Day. All rental car agencies within one hour of my location were closed and had no cars to rent for at least several days. A Google search led me to Fortunex, which I called, wondering whether anyone would answer on a Sunday or a holiday. Thankfully, a return call came right away. After I explained my problem to Ken, he came up with a better plan than I had. And, he carried out that plan perfectly, arriving at exactly the time he promised and reaching the destination with time to spare. On top of that, Ken was the nicest person you could want to deal with. You will not go wrong with Fortunex.
