I ordered a product on 3/28 from the companys website for a total cost of $16.49. My confirmation email states that the item will be shipped in 2-3 business days. By 4/4, I had received no information regarding shipping, so I reached out to the company. They responded on 4/5 stating that they wanted to confirm my mailing address. I responded with the information immediately. By 4/8, I still had no shipping information, so I reached out again. This time, I received no response for my complaint. It is now 4/12 and there has still been no communication, refund, or shipment information. I think this is incredibly unprofessional.Business response

Hi there,
Terribly sorry that you have had this experience with Apothekary! We sincerely apologize for the delay that you experienced. During the time you reached out, our CS team was working to answer a high ticket volume, which we let our customers know in the auto-email that is sent immediately after the initial email is received. It does appear that the initial reason the order was held was due to the apartment number was missing and with our delivery services, they require the entire address to be included, even apartment/suite/unit so that it will ensure that it is received by the customer. If that is missing, they won't deliver it to the correct location. It looks like the order was shipped out after you emailed us with the correct apartment number and you were able to receive the order by 4/15.

On July 6, 2022 I received an email from Apothekary Co. Their associate Tabbitha signed the email. The email states: "Hi ******* I managed to cancel your order in time! You should expect to see your refund in 5-7 business days. Let me know if you have any other questions! Have a great day :) Best, Tabbitha Tabbitha Apothkary” I have been waiting now 9 business days and have yet to receive this refund. They have also stopped communicating with me after I checked in on where the refund was. This is something they told me would happen and now I'm out of pocket and being left unheard. Please help me with this company and their promise to me on a refund. I do have digital documentation of the email that they sent me. I appreciate any and all help.***********************Business response

Hello! Thank you for the message and appreciate the communication. The customer had already been refunded on July 19th (please see attached). It would have been refunded to her ****** account, which is the means of payment, so she wouldn't see it in her bank account but rather her ****** balance / account. That's probably why she didn't see the funds. If you need further information on the refund, please let me know, but this attachment is a copy of our Shopify refund confirmation.

Be careful when ordering from this company. I ordered 1 item over a year ago and then randomly a couple of days ago they sent me another bottle of this, and you guessed it, charged my debit card without my approval. No paperwork came with the delivery either so no transaction number to reverse the charges.Business response

We are extremely sorry to hear this and would love the opportunity to make this right for you.
It seems this was a subscription issue. Subscription issues can tend to happen time-to-time, I can see the reason you were not notified of this charge or order was that the email we have on file for you is incorrect from when you started an account with us. This explains why you were not receiving emails or updates about subscriptions/orders from us. We would love to have your email verified so we can update this in our system.
After reviewing this issue, as a result, I had noticed the subscription was not canceled. We will be reaching out to you via email to have these issues resolved and to reverse the charges. We always do our best to make sure our customers are happy with everything we do.
