I hired Mr. Sheets 2 replace all my ducts as I had holes leading outside 2 crawlspace the vents also had large holes He said it would cost about$2,500-3000. He gave me a bill of $5900 without any explanation 4 increase. I dropped an earring in vent when I removed vent grate I found same holes were there originally. He had not repaired any holes in any vents hardly any ducts have been replaced still has his debry left under my house in crawlspace He called himself a Christian man. I texted him & gave him 10 days 2 finish job he already been paid nearly double originally quoted price haven’t heard a single word from him. he said he was finished I asked him about t vent he was to add to bedroom he claimed couldn’t crawl under it 2 put it in-men who were nearly twice his size were able 2 install insulation without a problem. He taken me 4?a ride. I referred him 2 a friend & he quoted them one price then doubled it. I wondered why my bedroom & bathroom & other areas of home remained cold 2 t point I’ve had 2 use a space heater 2 stay warm Now I know. He didn’t replace hardly anything. He supposed 2 replace t belly pan & insulation- I asked him about it he said there was t anything 2 connect 2-he didn’t refund a single cent. I was a recent widow & he was referred as a Christian man who was concerned & was able 2 help with a mainline water leak but when finished tearing up front yard he replaced the pipeline but left t yard in shambles stating covering t pipe over & cleaning up t mess wasn’t part of t agreement. I was shocked. I trusted this so called expert Christian man. I will never refer him or use him ever again I want ductwork & insulation & t vents r part of it as I showed him in t beginning t vent holes and I want t bedroom vent installed as agreed upon. This business is a sham. He has 10 days 2 repair correctly what he was paid 2 do. haven’t heard a word from him. still having 2 use space heater & have cold air coming into house from t crawlspace
