I think when owning a home one must always make sure every aspect of it is in good condition. This includes from the roof to the crawl space! We had the unfortunate experience of neglecting the crawl space, not intentionally but out of ignorance to its potential for damage and destruction. When the decision to have the work done, many businesses were contacted for estimates. Most were outrageous even though I knew it had to be done. After several presentations and interviews with customers reviews, Keficient was awarded the contract. ****, the companys initial contact and after the assessment of the space, was very upfront and honest about what his agents saw and needed. The damage was critical and required extensive repair. Of course the expense was overwhelming, yet I knew it had to be done! The work crew were like worker bees, friendly, professional and cognizant of property. During this time it was extremely hot, yet they proceeded to do an absolutely amazing job. The site supervision was on point and consistent! The attention to detail was outstanding! In conclusion the final product was epic. The crawl space is now my safe place from tornadoes and atom bombs!(Lol??) No , seriously, My wife and I are both very pleased with the results and will recommend this business to anyone looking for  Exceptional Service. *** ****** was extremely helpful with questions and suggestions for future follow up. Kefficient is a great company for having my crawl space encapsulated. Their crew are very professional and very friendly. I had a slight dirt smell afterwards and they came back out and took care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a very satisfying experience to work with the Kefficient team. From the work crew, project manager, operations manager and the owner of the company. The ice-blasting technique for the remediation of crawl space mold was handled very professionally. The job was thoroughly explained in advance and executed within the time frame specified by a very competent work crew. The project manager maintained contact throughout the process to assure it ran smoothly. The post job cleanup was, as promised, also very well carried out. We are very satisfied with the competency and excellent job performance by all members of the Kefficient team and would highly recommend their work.

Kefficient did a great job installing a foundation under my ******* room. I had a full home inspection that did not identify any issues with the room, but a siding contractor told me to get the room looked when he looked at the home to give a bid. I contacted Kefficient and I am so glad I did. **** came to the home and advised me that the entire room was supported by one 6x6 and was dangerously sinking. He took clear pictures to show me the extend of the problem and Kefficient immediately began developing a plan to stabilize the structure. I had many other contractors give me bids, but **** was the only one to take the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the work to me. I knew that they were the right company to hire when they offered not just to fix the problem, but to have the room permitted. Kefficient worked tirelessly to work with the county to install the proper support under the home and get the entire structure permitted. **** was also a pleasure to work with an kept me informed every step of the way. The were reasonably priced and very conscientious about their work. Thank you Kefficient!!

I previously reviewed (in BBB) Kefficients great job renovating the crawl space in the house we built 30 years ago. Since then, we asked them to return to replace the crawl doors and a couple of other items. They completed this work a week or so ago, and once again did a great job at a fair price.
