This past year or so Ive been asking United solar to fix my windows that I paid to put 10 on, and I asked him if this young girl that looked like she was like barely 18 if she knew what she was doing and he told me that she did and she end up messing my back window up and all the other ones and they redid it to three times and every time I asked to speak to the manager of the person that runs it. Im always getting told shes on vacation or I never get to speak to her so time I go in person I speak to the same people they put me in the same position, so Im frustrated as we go on an ongoing issue thats been unresolved, in my tent, am I to fogger has to be removed with it chance of severely damage in the window I came there and got it them to do other windows that need to be redone besides the fogger and they are horrible to with the bubbles everywhere and last time I called he said theyre not gonna do nothing but replace them. I asked for a refund multiple times and asked to speak to the owner.Business response

We have spoken on several occasions with the customer in regards to the complaint. We provide all customers with a lifetime warranty that is even honored by a network of national dealers. We have offered to remove and replace the film in question for the customer. We have also offered to remove the product and provide a refund. The customer refuses us and the manufacturers offers. We are happy to still honor all remedies as we aim to make sure all customers are satisfied with their product and installation.
Formula One offers a Nationwide, Lifetime Warranty on product and installation which is honored by all Formula One Dealers.

Regards,they had did my truck windshield and they had messed that up too. I brought it up there. They redid it once then I end up traded it in because it was messed up still the second time around they said they would give me a discount and cash but when I traded the truck and I just asked if I could get a discount on the tint for my Camaro they had a young girl there that I was uncomfortable with, and the dude insisted that she was good later on and she no longer works there and they redid my windows couple times in the Camaro and I had other tiny people look at my windows, and they said the same thing that they did unprofessional job, especially with that type a tint the back window defogger will get damaged if they take it off if they cant put it on right correctly and have spots everywhere and they cant put it on the other windows they have spots everywhere I was told by other tint companies do not have them to touch the back window. They well damaged and you would have to buy another back window with the fogger. I do not want them touching my car. I just want my refund its been going on over a year and a half. They never reach out when I called and tried to speak to the person that owns it. They always give me some excuse that theyre on vacation or shes busy or is whatever and I waited and waited and got no response. I paid for a job. It was a professionally done I took it back and it wasnt done again and this is another vehicle that they didnt do it properly I do not want them touching my vehicle again specially all the stuff that they already put me through and the no communication and then when I called up there recently, they said theyll just redo it I want a refund like they discussed with me before

Ive reached out multiple times, and they redid my windows multiple times, and the back window of the tamper with it. It will be damaged most likely, and I explained that before hand before they even touched it, and they reassured me and promised me they do it professionally and it was professionally done and they had a person do it thats no longer there and I have the same issue with my truck, Im not a happy customer based on their unprofessionalism and I asked to speak to her boss and shes always on vacation or theyre busy or whatever what not theres been going to ongoing issue thats been unresolved all I want is a refund I dont want them touching my car or messing my defogger up, I had multiple vehicles done by them. I will no longer want service from them. I just want my refund so I can part ways. Im very unhappy.

We have offered several remedies of which a refund with removal of the back window or the customer is welcome to have the product removed and replaced by any Formula One dealer as we are all part of a nationwide network in which all warranties are honored. Unfortunately a refund with the customer keeping the product is not available. The customer is welcome to reach out to ** directly as well should he want ** to handle the removal and refund or if he should like a list of other dealers if he is more comfortable with that option.
