      I called, ****** listened. We found a company to help. When I had questions, they were answered. When I was missing an item, ****** made it right! Extremely happy!

      I used to be a warranty agent for this company. They would not pay our company so i learned quickly to drop them. But i still have their customer calling me for service because they cannot even get someone on the phone. Also ive talked to many customers who bought from here and was misled on many things like information on treating water, what they say they were going to do at delivery and service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. BUY LOCAL OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

      We had an issue with the Ozone Sanitation System during start up. I made a call to **************** with Barefoot Spas on Monday and had the replacement part in hand on Thursday. Very pleased with ****** and his prompt action to get our issues taken care of. We also appreciated the follow up message, to make sure that the part resolved our issues.

      Spa blowout salesman verbally told us that we could get a refund if we decided to not take the spa we purchased .He lied to us about also setting up the spa once we received it saying they would install it for us .

      Bought a hot tub about a month ago and love , love, love it. We are in our 60s and have found it requires very little maintenance. The spa cover stand is a must! We tried it without one and will never NOT have a stand. Easy to use, maintain, and enjoy. We are sleeping a lot better as well when we use it before bedtime. Great quality We are local to the factory so delivery was never an issue
