I placed a *********** order #***-7664 and received an order confirmation on the the same day (2/8/24). I have repeatedly reached out to the Company via phone, email, and chat support on their website and have been ignored. No status updates on the order.Business response

I suppose this is what you get when you are a customer for over eleven years. I placed an order for five collectible items in March 2021. I have never been contacted by Biggs Ltd (email, phone, etc.) about the order. COVID cannot be used as an excuse because at least four of the items have been available for months through other authorized dealers online and the manufacturer's website, as well as Biggs' website being up and running for business the entire time. This situation occurred at least one time before the pandemic whereby I would wait weeks/months for an item I ordered and then be told Biggs could not obtain the item. (In the meantime, it was available at other online businesses.) The company Biggs is an authorized dealer for was contacted but did not appear very interested in Biggs' behavior. But even if I was a first time customer, this is a very bad business ethic. Luckily, I will no longer be exposed to it.Business response

Hello BBB, Our apologies that we lost Mr ********* order request. We had a hard drive completely die on us, and we lost all of our special order notes. The customer had not paid for the items. We emailed the customer Thursday the 17th and offered him two of the items he requested free of charge.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16360215, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.However, the items offered have already been purchased months ago. I replied to the business how important it is to back up computer data as hardware will fail and cloud backup is only one method. Also, unless the business lost all contact info of its customers, an email should have been sent to customers advising them to check the status of any pending orders.
