I had visited a local ****** **** and what should have been and always is covered by my insurance was charged to my credit card. I had contacted Experity, the third party business responsible for payment managing for **** ******** ****** ****, and they acknowledged it as a mistake, but have failed in resolving this issue in a timely manner. I have invested several hours on hold calling them and although being told the issue will be resolved, For example, at the moment I have been on hold with them for 29 minutes and have yet to talk to anyone. I have had no reply or update. This happened a week ago and was told it should be resolved by the previous Thursday ( sept. 30th). They had no problem or delay in charging my credit card in error, but why is it when it comes to an error at their end, I have to waste all this time and in resolving an issue I had noticed, one they never notified me of or I am assuming never would have unless I noticed it.
