      Premier CPAP of **********, ** was the Vendor of CPAP supplies and equipment that ******************** of ********, ** located on **************** initially referred me to after my Sleep Apnea was verified.Im sure whether ******************** or the State of Virginia is accountable for their oversight but it is quite obvious that Premier CPAP has been non responsive to patients like myself for years. In my case I went without a recalled CPAP machine for almost two years which could have been fatal.Premier CPAP operates by taking patient orders for equipment periodically and the does t send patients anything that was specifically ordered. ******, **** and others were derelict in their medical duties and told me several times that they havent received any AirSense 11 water reservoirs for years.Ive went without filters, tubing and clean masks for years.It is obvious that the State of **, Chesterfield County, ******************** of ************ doesnt give a **** about the safety and health of their patients or something would have been done to rectify this years ago.I have moved with several other patients to consult with an attorney and believe that together we can achieve some results and corrective action legally since we havent received any success medically or administratively.I CPAP Premier and ******************** of Richmonds callous behavior is inexcusable and possibly deadly for current and future patients.

      My primary physician sent a prescription for CPAP unit and supplies to this provider. After several email correspondences, the provider mailed the unit but, as the emails show, they sent it to the wrong address. They claimed my physician sent the wrong address but thats untrue since no address was included on the order. I also confirmed with the physicians office that they had my current and accurate home address. Also, I was never offered any paperwork to sign regarding any transaction nor billing protocol. *** sent several emails and voice messages that went unanswered and regarding this and also disputed any and all filed claims with my insurance. This business has continued to erroneously and fraudulently submit claims to my insurance even after my explicit instruction not to. I have never received any type of paperwork nor documents from this provider at my correct address. If they have, indeed, sent documents then it was also sent to the wrong address they had on file even after I submitted the correct one. Had someone taken the time to go over things and confirm the address they had on file was correct, these issues could have been avoided. I refuse to be held accountable for a device I did not sign any paperwork for accepting any terms or billing transactions. Furthermore, I refuse to be held accountable for errors and shortcomings committed by this provider. Theyve filed another claim as recently as April 17th. Ive been trying to resolve this for several months now. My messages have gone unanswered all the while they continue to bill for a unit I never received or formally accepted. I want any and all billing to cease immediately and all filed insurance claims to be retracted retroactively. I also request a representative to contact me directly once this has been confirmed resolved.
