Purchased a sectional sofa set on May 19, 2022 for ********* Delivered on the same evening. End piece of sectional was the wrong color. Delivery drivers left wrong piece in the middle of living room, agreed to bring the right matching piece the following day. The delivery was not made at the designated time. I called the store and asked where was the rest of my furniture. Associate said they would call back to see where delivery was. No call back. I had to call 4xs and asked for the manager. Was told the manager left for the day. I was given the number to the delivery supervisor but no answer after several calls. I left a message inquiring about the whereabouts of my furniture. No answer. I called back to ask for a full refund. Was told that they would contact me. Nothing resolved. Still waiting on my furniture and I cannot move in my living room due to the unmatched piece still there!Business response
