In mid April, I went to Cycle City to buy a jet ski. I had purchased one from them 20 years and was pleased. The salesperson was helpful and nice. Picking up the jet ski a week later went very well. A different salesperson was in charge of taking me through many details about the jet ski and was also extremely professional. I paid cash for the jet ski. Three weeks later the salesperson called to say that he wrote up the sales contract incorrectly and I needed to pay $1400 more. I offered to pay half of that. He began to bully me by saying they would repossess the jet ski if I did not pay the full amount, hold back the title and other bullying things. I asked to have the sales manager call me- he also bullied me on the phone the next day and attempted to use guilt to make me cough up more money. The sales contract clearly states "all sales are final when the purchase leaves the lot." In my last conversation with the sales manager he said "if you do not take care of this matter, you will be sorry". I felt threatened and bullied. I am considering filing a police report, as well.

Went to Cycle City to buy a couple new jet skis. I was going to buy 2 Honda PWC but was steered away by something that the salesman said that the Seadoo’s had that Honda’s didn’t come with. He said that the Seadoos came with a featured called IDF “intelligent debris free” system. After owning PWC in the past I thought especially living in Seaford VA that was something I needed. So I bought 2 new Seadoo ****** **. Well after buying these and using them yesterday and sucking something up in the intake I looked for the button to remove the debris. Well I guess my complaint is that the salesman sold me two very expensive seadoos under the impression that he gave me that all Seadoos come with this feature. When I called and talked with him he said NO only the bigger skis come with that feature. I was steered to the Seadoo because of that reason only , I would have definitely ordered the Hondas PWC instead.
