Upon receipt of ad challenge from the BBB, Jeff Allen Painting & More responded to the ad challenge by stating that the terms of the 100% satisfaction guarantee is that if a customer is not satisfied with their service they will gladly return to correct the issue at no additional cost. The ad review challenge was closed as substantiated.
