      I hired Ferguson to install new high-end appliances in a kitchen renovation. Fridge, range, wall oven, ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The dishwasher was wired in incorrectly such that the unit shut off mid-cycle multiple times before anyone could figure out that the problem happened on installation. It has never run the same since, but of course they won’t acknowledge that. Then the wall oven started smoking, made a loud explosion-type noise, and died. Turns out that was installed incorrectly too, and a fire had actually started in the electrical box. Wires were all completely melted and fried. They sent someone to “fix it”, but I had an electrician come out to check also. He said the “fix” was incorrect as well and the same thing would have happened again. Ferguson balked at replacing my brand new wall oven (that had now experienced burned electrical components, and an electrical surge, because of their incorrect installation), or dishwasher. They admitted to me that the person who did my installation had since been fired. I requested to at least be reimbursed my cost for installation, since it was done incorrectly. And to have my warranty extended. They agreed to this, but I had to follow up with them 5 or 6 times because nothing was happening. It’s now been almost a year, and I finally received the refund for installation, but still have not received the extended warranty on the dishwasher and wall oven. I am warning everyone I know not to use this company.

      Dishwasher leaked in December. It has been screw up after screw up in trying to get a tech out to inspect and install my leaky dishwasher. Ultimately their miscommunication resulted in me having to open a homeowners claim due to bills that came due before they even contacted me to schedule an appointment. Then they sent out a tech to inspect but they were unable to do so because the dishwasher was sitting uninstalled in the garage. Which I told them it was. We are now in Mid-June. I have been handwashing my dishes for 6 months everyday. If I knew I was dealing with the incompetence I would have bought a new dishwasher. It has cost me hours of time, thousands of dollars.

      Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Placed order in late December. Many items were shown as in stock, but still have not arrived and it is now early March. Though the order was paid it does not appear the items were actually ordered. Items with longer lead times of March & May are now May & August! Zero proactive communication! Very difficult to get through to the Rep or Customer Service. When I do get someone on the phone actions are followed up slowly or not at all. They answer all reviews with apologies and assurances the situation is an outlier, when in fact it is common. They promise followup from a higher authority and 8 plus days later still nothing! Pretty disappointed and disgusted! Wish I had checked *** * **** to see their low rating and astonishingly bad review comments. They came recommended by contractors. Last time I skip due diligence.

      Poor customer service, we have been extremely disappointed by the lack of help that we have received. My phone calls are sometimes answered and sometimes not. I ordered polished nickel shower system and received what look like a polish chrome. The only competent sales representative that I dealt with at the Clearwater store was Cathy. And I had to run to their warehouse three times to pick up items.The sales representative that I dealt with seem to be too busy all the time. I would recommend doing your homework and truly researching the product, do not count on their knowledge of the products because they dont all know about the products period!!!!!Its so disturbing considering how much money we spent. If I had to do it all again I would save money and order everything online myself from a different company.
