This company is trying to collect on debt that is outside of Colorado statute of limitations. They have the date they 2018 purchased as the start date and all the credit report are in first date of delinquency is 2017. This is illegal to re age the date by the fair debt credit reporting act. This company has called me multiple times daily for months. I printed out 5 (FIVE) pages of their phone calls before filing a complaint with the **** I do not owe anyone a dime, but they are calling me for debts from my ex-husband, his ex-wife, and his children. I am not responsible for their debts, so I don't know why they are calling me, and I told them so. That didn't matter since they continued calling. They finally admitted they were looking for someone else - not me, but that is precious little consolation after months of their annoying phone calls. I am on the Do Not Call List, but that had no effect on their incessant calls. They called early morning and late evening - which is illegal. Once you tell them to stop, that should be the end. I have a non-published number so there should be NO WAY they should have ever called me in the first place. The phone company is as complicant as this company in allowing something so irritating to happen. I AM ******.Review from SALLIE T

They will try to collect on debts that are over 7 years old and will harass you all the time including at work jeopardizing your job, debt was written off by company money was owed to, My manager has called me multiple times about them calling my workplace this NEEDS to STOP!!!!!!!!Review from Andreana F

All companies have their place in business. However, the telemarketing dept. here calls my phone four times daily to speak to a matter ALREADY resolved 8 yrs. ago (NOT OWED). I work in an important job just like these people, and their calling has become a nuisance. I spoke with a wonderful rep today who offered me a very affordable payment plan and spelled out the payments & how many, how much, date of the month, etc... very nice and helpful & understanding. Because of her I am able to resolve my debt in a pleasant way. Thank you!!Review from Steve H

They will harass you over debts greater than 10 years old. Called me over an Capitol One account that was paid of and closed in 2013. Haven’t heard a thing on it since 2015. But they still try to collect despite Fair Debt Collection act limiting to 7 years even IF it was a valid debt.Review from Susan S

This company has harassed me and called my family members claiming I owe some company money which I do not… They need to be put out of business for illegal harassment
