Jim P Bay Crawl and space are professional and competitively priced. We had a vapor, dehumidifier's, french drain and sump pump installed (including electrical work). Paul and Adrian did a great job serving as the electricians and Aaron,Gianni, Dean James, Gary and Steven did a great job taking care of the vapor plastic, installing the sump pump, french drain and dehumidifiers. All members called before arriving, provided before and after pictures and left the area clean. Highly recommend Bay Crawl Space and Foundation be your sole source to take care of your home. After extensive research and interviewing several companies I chose Bay Crawl and they did not disappoint. Michael was the first person I spoke with and he was very friendly, informative, , knowledgeable and very thorough. The gals in the office have all been very informative and on point with clear and concise communication as to the scheduling timelines. The ones that were absolutely amazing are the 4 men that were boots to the ground. Nate, Derrick, Michael Tepper and Michael Gregg were awesome. The day the work was performed was the hottest day we have had this year. They were sweating to the point of exhaustion and never complained. They worked tirelessly all day and got the job done. They would stop and answer all of my questions without any hesitation. TOP KNOTCH!!! They came back to fill in the holes the next morning and even went the extra mile to spread my mulch I had pulled back prior to their arrival. This was totally unexpected and was a huge blessing to me! The work performed was structural with piers. Bay Area installed our moisture barrier and dehumidifier 5 years ago and we were so pleased with the work they performed. Recently James Dugger and Eli came out to perform our annual service. They were punctual, polite and professional and took the extra time to explain how all the equipment was operating as it should. Since installation we have not had any problems with the dehumidifier or any of the work Bay Area performed. I would highly recommend this company for any crawl space repairs.

Big shoutout to Bay Crawl Space in Norfolk. They just finished doing our 'conditioned space' work under the house and these guys are awesome! Paul & Adrian closed it out this afternoon by doing all the electrical work. These 2 men were great to work with, very trustworthy and efficient. They explained the final process and shared pics of the finished project. Overall, very pleased with the work they did over the past 2 weeks to finish up this project. I would highly recommend Bay Crawl Space to anyone needing work done under their house.

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated with BAY CRAWL SPACE AND FOUNDATION REPAIR. This company is outstanding. From the the very start, the were able to answer every questions we had. We had several teams working on our crawl space. Each and every of those guys were wonderful. They worked together perfectly. They were friendly, personable, and caring. They cleaned up at each day, never leaving a mess. At the end of each day they told us what was done that day, answered any question we might have had, and told us what was going to done the next day. The work they did was excellent. Passed all the inspections and is working wonderfully. We are very happy with our choice to have Bay Crawl Space do the work we needed done. We highly recommend BAY CRAWL SPACE AND FOUNDATION.

Bay did a great job on installing a sump pump circuit in my furnace room and connecting it to the existing system Bay installed in my crawl space. Space is now dry and systems working well. Adrian & Paul were very professional and did a great job,

The annual crawl space inspection was done by Steve. He was prompt, profession and courteous, replaced the batteries on 2 hygrometers. I do wish that he had given me a summary, in writing, of his findings of the crawl space, more specifically, the dehumidifiers and pumps , and if any moisture was found. I had to query him about the findings.
