I wish I could rate them a zero. I had been a loyal and faithful customer for over 5+ years. I’ve had many shirts com back missing buttons, replaced with different color thread to replace. A few weeks ago they had system issues and loss 4 shirts(that I know of). I was provided a contact name and phone # so they could reimburse. In have left two message and yet to receive a return call or compensation for these shirts. I would not recommend using this organization. Horrible Cleaners. Lost 2 shirts last year and jerked me around wanting to know what kind when I bought and how much paid, when they couldn't show me the shirts for me to see and try to recall. Said they would reimburse as credit to my VIP account. Never did. anyone can screw up occasionally and I kept going there Recently, I was short 2 shirts, but had one that I had never seen before, different size & obviously someone else's. Took it back explained, agreed on value and was given option of check or credit & elected check,since I never got credit last time. Follow up was waste of time-knew nothing about it anymore. I'm done with them James B

After losing one of my shirts and damaging another more than a month ago, my repeated attempts to be seek payment for their incompetency, have been ignored, including emails to management. My shirts always are returned with buttons off and collars pressed poorly. Not my first issue with this company.Albano Cleaners Response

It seems as though this review was submitted before I spoke with Mr. **** to resolve the issue. If there is still an issue that we have not addressed, I would be happy to work with Mr. **** to make sure sure that he is satisfied with the resolution.Review from Julie B

The company is the worst at customer service. They lost my garment and it's been 5 months with no resolution. My promises but NO delivery.
