My benefits were suspended due to mail issues since Hurricane Ida. Sometimes my mail would not arrive at all. I call to have my benefits reinstated. They tell me that I have to send in ******* via check (the only way they accept payments). They say it may take 4-6 weeks for your mailed check to clear. So I wait. When it clears I call them. They say it took too long. Now you owe us ******* again. Please mail check. Wait again. It doesnt clear for some reason. They say its probably lost. Please resend. I mail another check in for ***** because I had to add money due to the excessive wait time. When I mail the ***** check, the second check clears the next day. So now they have ******** from me. The last check cleared on 9/12/22. But they dont see it in their system. Therefore I still do not have my health benefits. My bank account shows it cleared. I have had to send a letter about why my insurance canceled via their electronic system. I did that. Each time I call (5x) I spend at least an hour on the phone. They tell me they didnt receive my note about why the insurance was canceled. After I assure them I sent it, they find it. That happened at least 3x. Today they still cannot reinstate my benefits. I have spoken to many people. I have spoken to the supervisor two times. Her name is ******* ** I cant get more information than that. I think a number should at least be attached to her last name initial. But she says there isnt anything like that. This is ExxonMobil Benefits Center. ExxonMobil should be ashamed to have their business being done in this manner. It is sad that retirees (elderly) have to deal with this ridiculousness. I deserve some type of compensation for the utter ANNOYING and AGGRAVATING time I have spent on the phone with these people. They do business like we are in ***** I just dont understand why- I still dont have my health benefits. They have my money and I deserve my benefits. No one has to be held accountable for their many many many inactions.Business response
