This place is a scam! From my so called medical evaluation i should have realized it was fake. The so called doctor showed up in the exam room wearing a lab jacket that looked like it had been used to mop floors with it. This so called doctor is supposed to be a specialist in men's health. I informed him that i had Holep surgery on my prostrate 5 months earlier. He responded "what's that". The staff that perform the treatments have zero medical experience. They get about two weeks OJT before performing treatments. Any questions you have are answered by script lines that were memorized. The treatments do not work and are a waste of money. I was scammed out of over $*****.00 with nothing to show for it. To make matters worse the local office closed down and the facility failed to notify anyone. Complaining to their customer support department is useless. They offer no valid explanation for the office closure or when or if it will reopen. They realize that they have the customer by the balls because they constantly throw up in your face "well you signed a contract" This company should be investigated by the *** and the ******** ******** ******. $****.00 with no results is not only a scam but criminal. .
