I ordered a cotton duvet cover on June 24, 2022 and never received my items (Order # XXXXXX). At first when I reached out, the answering lady was very kind and apologetic and said they would get me a resolution. The next time I called, after a couple emails, she was no longer nice an seemed irritated and was rude to me. It is now July 20th, 2022 - almost a month later - and I am now being totally ignored and not responded to at all when I try reaching the company. I am feeling very disappointed by this experience and this company. At this point, I just want to be refunded for the items I never received. Total amount paid was ********Business response
