      Booked moving services a month in advance. Paid *** deposit and ***** processing fee. Total ******* Day of move he was supposed to arrive between 9-11. At 8am he called to say he was almost to Florida and his associate would move me. 11 another moving company called and said they were contacted that morning by Craig and said I needed to be moved but gave no information except my name and phone number. They couldn't move me. Messaged Craig stating how disappointed I was and requesting a refund. Had to pay friends and neighbors to help me move. He called back and said I would have a refund in 7/10 business days. On business day 9 I reached out for an update because my bank couldn't even see it initiated yet. He call back and said to just dispute it with my bank. He was extremely rude. When I asked if he would just get an update from his bank he started yelling and getting defensive. Then hung up. We are now on business day 13 and no refund and the bank said it was never initiated! I have all phone calls recorded and texts back and forth with him. My husband is deployed and I only had 2 days to complete this move and he never showed up and I still have no refund

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/18) */ Hello to whom this may concern, We spoke with Mrs. ***** in regards towards her refund for services rendered and told her that she would be untitled to a refund for services rendered because we where unable to move her due to my presence being summoned out of state. On another job venture. We did not want to just cancel on her after she had been booked in so a partner of mines that owns a moving company ******* **** ** ****** ******** was summoned to move miss ***** on my behalf while I was Out of state. I called and made her aware of this transition the day prior to her being moved and she replied that she was okay with this transition. I informed her that he would be calling and that she should be expecting his call. Once he called her and they spoke I'm assuming she elected not to use his services so she called our phone back with the husband on the line and he stated that they where canceling the service. We stated no problem and both hung up the phone. She called back a week later requesting a refund for her cancellation. I told her that I was still out side off the state and as soon as I got back that I would notify the bank to process her refund but that I would make sure she recieved it "It normally takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. She replied ok then called our phone again in less then five business days complaining that she still did not receive her refund. I told her that I had notified merchants to refund her and reverse her charge but that she had to wait the process out. She stated "that I should've sent her something to show her that I at least started the process" no body does that. I explained to her that once they finished processing the request that the funding should come into her account but at that point she started raising her voice over the phone about how we need to get her her refund and that we weren't going to refund her. I told her if she feels that way that she can file a claim with her bank and dispute the charge and that I will not fight the refund. But I will not go back and forth about it neither. Because I wasn't tryna be disrespectful. With all due respect Mrs. ***** just needs to either have a bit more patience or file the claim. We have wronged her in no way. Second of all my husband is deployed and never called him ever and I have proof of that. Third I recorded phone calls and none of what he states above is true. And I have proof to back all of that up. I've also talked to Kevin at ****** ****** who said he's not his partner/associate/dispatcher. And I have statements from Kevin as well to back that up. I also had a recording of him telling me I would have my refund in 7 to 10 business days and he would process it as soon as he got off the phone the day of the move when he didn't show up. He never called me the day before to let me know about this. He didn't speak to my husband until two days ago when my husband tried to handle the situation with him a month later because we still didn't have a refund . He is nothing but a liar. And I can prove all of this. I reached out to him a week before the move to find out what his weather cancellation policy was because the weather was supposed to be bad he didn't respond kindly he was very rude. Then he requested that I prove that I paid a deposit. Which I did submit proof to him and he said fine I will see you then. Then the day before the move I texted him and said see you tomorrow to which he did not respond. Eight 8 AM the day of the move he called me and said that he was almost to Florida and that his partner/associate would take over the move. Not the day before. My husband was never on the phone because again he is deployed. This man does nothing but Leilei lie. And like I said I have all of the proof to back that up. He even told me to cancel my complaint with the ****** ******** ******* because they are his friends and they are just laughing at me which again I have on a recording when he called me and still had not given me my money back. At this point he has not given me a full refund yet and told me that I am just being petty continuingly requesting it . I don't see why it is over a month later and I still don't have my money back for a move that he did not show up for. I even have a statement from ****** ******** that said he didn't get my information until an hour after he called me the day of move. There was no day before. And he had nothing set up Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/02/23) */ To whom this may concern, customer agreed to take down post once they were refunded on 2/21/2022. He still owes me ***** And after all the lies, and hassle of this whole situation I will not be removing any reviews. Mr *****'s total lack of professionalism need to be known to anyone who decides to hire him in the future. I do not understand why getting my FULL refund is so hard when he "works with ****** of dollars a day and doesn't even sweat my measly ******" as he said in two different recordings. I have also asked him on two occasions NOT to call me anymore as I refuse to be yelled at and belittled and talked over because he isn't getting his way. He is a bully and he takes advantage of people. I want the remainder of my refund. He may call that "petty" but I am entitled to every cent back. Customer was also advised that any processing fees on behalf of booking would have to be taken up with *** and *******. We have called customer several times and customer has refused to answer the phone to settle dispute on her end wherefore an agreement was made to pull down all posted slander had she received her refund yet they still exist and she doesn't reply. Either way this matter is closed and settled. Please see attached receipts of forwarded payments back to customer. I pain ***** he refunded *** then ** a few days later. He still owes ****. I have voice recordings of the phone call with him where he said he would give me a full refund of the $**** that I am owed. I also stated that I would not answer any more phone calls from him because he likes to yell at me or talk over me. I will not be belittled anymore by this company. Nothing I said has been slanderous. I have documentation to back up every statement I have made. I have numerous recorded phone calls. One of which where he tried to use a scare tactic of telling me the ***** ******* ****** is his friend and I needed to remove my complaint. I have been very patient and very understanding. It took over a month and the threat of getting legal involved just to get the first *** of my refund. As nothing I stated was slanderous I will not be removing any of my posts. And I only stated that I would remove them if he refunded me within the 24 hours which he did not. And I have still not received a full 100% refund. I have recordings where he states he will pay me the full refund. He still owes me $****.
