During the investigation it was revealed that this company did not have a 2023 business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Norfolk, Virginia. The address on file with BBB was revealed to be for a private residence. BBB advises consumers to always be cautious when purchasing pets online from unknown parties.

*Beware of ads with multiple misspellings and grammatical errors; many pet scams come from overseas and scammers often do not have a firm grasp of the English language.

*Do not send or wire money to people you do not know.

*Always contact BBB before proceeding. If we have no information about the alleged company ask us to investigate.

*If purchasing a pedigree pet, be sure the breeder provides documentation of the parents' registration with the appropriate kennel club.

*Verify any information provided by the seller before providing any funds.

On October 12, 2023 this Better Business Bureau sent an investigation letter to Teacup Yorkie Puppies for Sale requesting verification of information about the company such as principal, number of employees, industry, address, copies of contracts, and AKA status. 

As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded further to the BBB’s request for basic information, marketing materials, copies of contract to purchase puppy, any additional charges and names of satisfied clients.  Mail sent to the company has not been returned by the post office.
