I live in PA. I purchased a 2002 ***** sedan from Drive Now auto Sales at **** * ****** ***** *** ******** ** ***** last month in May 2023. I traded in my ** ****** for the 2002 ***** as trade and then paid the difference off in full by June 2, 2023. Since this time the dealership, with owner ****, has not mailed me the Title and the temporary VA tags have expired. I have called numerous times and spoke with *****/Salesperson and tried to talk to owner, ****, but owner 'not there and won't return calls', I can not drive the car or get PA plates until I have the actual title in hand. Owner will not extend temp tags or mail the title to me. I continue to outreach now to *** *o please help me obtain the title so I can expedite PA plates and use my car to drive to work. I can't keep trying to find rides to work and difficult to get to my obligations. Apparently contact with dealership indicates that this is what owner does frequently and has the title but frequently 'doesn't decide to put in mail and resolve this easily'. I live 4 hours awhile and I should have this Title in hand by now with overnight mail. It is simple resolution but is keeping my ability to have a car to drive to work impossible when it doesn't need to be. Please help me! We are calling every day now and today call went to voice mail. In past few days spoke with ***** who said he relayed this to ****, owner, and owner has the title just not putting it in the mail to resolve it simply. So stressed out and keep trying to get my legal title that is paid in full. In addition, I had to have the car towed about 2 weeks after purchase for repairs that owner also should have known about with transmission and engine including replacing transmission fluid and oils. I made repairs to car and is running but now can't drive it for almost 3 weeks since no plate tags and I would be fined significantly so my car is sitting. Please help me get title asap. I would so appreciate it!Customer response

It is unfortunate that the company didn't respond to you. Since filing the complaint with th* **** the company did contact me and mailed out the title of the vehicle. It took longer to receive the title than I was told on the phone from them which went from about 4 days to taking almost a week. This issue is now resolved and the title was mailed to me and received finally. I believe the company received your outreach and then called me after it even although they didn't contact you back. Thank you for offering this service and for your professional follow-up and assistance to outreach to them for resolution. I appreciate it very much. I don't plan to use this auto sales company again. Sincererly* ***** **
