      If I could have put a half I would have. The one on Midlothian sold my wife a lemon. No it leaks oil everywhere and the transmission is going out. Only had it 4 months. I will be calling the news station to tell them. Now she has to pay for a car she can barely drive. Most cars are lemons. I mean the battery was dead when we wanted to drive it.

      I'm writing this letter to provide you a notice of defects and my 2014 grand Jeep Cherokee. My name is Dominique ******. I brought this vehicle one year ago from Auto Connection in ********* **. The. problems that I've had currently since, I signed on the dotted line with my vehicle. Are as follows: *** League replace valve cover gaskets, left and right. The oil leaks, oil plan, assembly and dipstick. Tube oaring suspension, replace front, lower control arms. Front end noisy loaded front struts left and right modem. Mounts Moto mounts leaking. Replace left and right alignment. To rigs the 4-wheel alignment needs to be redone completely. The sway bar brushing worn out. Replace sway bar assembly and boats, which makes it not drivable or safe. And also, in the lemon law covered under the state of Virginia, sway bars, links worn, replace sway bar links, which is also another safety issue. There is a flashlight throttle body constantly. flashing left rear tire is flat and it wasn't when I dropped it off. These are at least ******* worth of work. The car has been constantly told all over the state of Virginia. It's been to two auto connections for repair that I've paid for on a loan that I don't even know if it was ethical to do. And then from there I took it to two Jeep dealerships and both of them agreed that the car was not safe to drive. I've spent over ***** in this car. It was told it was taken from the Jeep dealership in Virginia back to Auto Connect Without my knowledge. They told me on the phone that I said that they could pick the car up after I told them I just put ***** in the car and they're demanding $850. I will be seeking legal counsel on Monday. If this is not rectified and my truck is not restored back to me and then we'll seek legal counsel. They will be certified letters mailed out to the Motor Vehicle Dealer board and also to Curtis *************, who is the portfolio manager in the license number for Auto connection# *********

      The sales person told me to return with **** deposit but advertisement stated **** down after I earned the ******* down they wanted *******  *******DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE ******FALSE ADVERTISEMENT *****

      They suck. Had the same problems everyone else is having. Took it to get it fixed got back home noticed the engine cover wasn't on so I told them. Said they couldn't find it. Then had the nerve to say it never had one on there in the first place. Bunch of clowns. Paying for a vehicle I don't even have. Took it to them left it there took the tags off after 4 or more times of unfixed problems. Should of been covered under the lemon law. After 5 or more years here come these clowns garnishing paychecks for a vehicle we don't even have. Theives we weren't even notified.

      I had purchased a ***** ****** from here back in 2019. In March of 2021 I had it brought in for major issues I was having with the steering wheel and acceleration, it took them about 3 months to figure out what the diagnosis was then when it was figured out it took MONTHS for them to fix it either they couldn't find the part, certain mechanics not being there to work on the car, they wouldn't let me purchase any parts to help speed up the process or anything. Whenever I would try to call up there I'd be on hold for a very long time or nobody could give me updates on my vehicle never giving straight forward answers when you did talk to someone, eventually I just got tired and stopped calling everyday. They don't give out loaner vehicles to help knowing this was my only vehicle to get to and from work and still didn't want to work with me knowing they've had my car for over 6 months. Finally in September I got the call saying it had finally been fixed and completed. Now fast forward to about January/February time and my wheel started locking up again just like it did before but worse it just locks up on you mid drive and now you can't even turn the car over without it notifying you that the wheel has locked.

      I purchased a **** ****** ****** from the ******* Virginia location and within 1 month my car has already broken down twice. The first time they said it was my break switch & I had to have the car towed. They fixed the issue, I've been driving my car for two weeks and here this problem goes again. All of my lights come on the Dash but the engine doesn't. I've missed 3 days of work due to the neglect of dealing with this business. I've called all day today trying to get the car to the service center and there has been no answer from the time of open to close. I paid for a reliable car and I don't have one. I can't make it to work once again tonight. They are not attentive at Auto Connection and very rude once you enlighten them of the issues you're having. Everything was great purchasing the car they were very helpful at that time but other than that once they get your money you are no longer important. It's very upsetting because this could cost me my job, I'm not able to make it to work after paying my car payment. I honestly don't know what's best at this point.

      Very unprofessional. Was sold a car on 10/15/21 and been bringing it back everyday for the same issue. The mechanics can't fix it or find out what's wrong. They refuse to pay for a diagnostic at the dealer and wanted me to pay for it. I broke down on the 3rd day out of town for the same issue. Never was reimbursed for hotel stay. I would not waste my time or money like I did.

      The Service Manager and Mechanics have been in constant contact with Mr. ******* since even before this review was received. This has included test drives trying to duplicate the issue or issues he describes. Parts have indeed be replaced and advice given as to the driving of the car. From our end everyone seems to be working together in a fashion that will lead to Mr. ******* being satisfied with his purchase as that is our ongoing goal.
