    0 stars review. Wow, unbelievable I don`t know how long ago ownership changed @ Norfolk Wholesale but the past 1 *** yrs. the merchandise, products & personalities have definitely
    left the bldg. Let me first say that I had been a regular returning customer for the past ** yrs. & I worked for Heides Florist back in the **** / ****** ago. On March 18,2022 I placed an order for fresh cut flowers to be picked up on March 21 [2 orders red pixies, 2 orders white pixies & 2 baker ferns] So @ 9;45am I went to pick up my order on the 21st ,while I was looking for more pixies which were in buckets in rows for customers to walk & pick what they want a woman walked over with my order[later found out she was the owners wife] she sets my order on rails in between the rows and I review & check over my order which 1 order of the red pixies were already wide open so I exchanged them for the tighter ones in the buckets below, the woman said why do you never like your orders?? I said mam I prefer the tighter buds & it was obvious the difference, @ that moment a rather large man came up & she said "he has a problem with the order I pulled for him"
    the man said what`s the problem? I said there was no problem that I simply exchanged 1 red pixie wide open for a tighter one, and the man [*****] said you`ve got an attitude , what`s the difference, so I said re-picking up the open ones and showing him and then showing him the tighter ones saying anyone can see the difference I prefer the tighter ones, the man said you don`t come in here with an attitude, & immediately I asked for a manager to which he said I am the owner, I asked his name ***** he said & then he said to his wife & me Listen just come in and pick out what you want next time and don`t order no more so you`ll be happy ok I said & walked to check out. When I walked out ***** approached my truck & said I`ll have you arrested if you come on this property again, your banned. ***** **** & his wife are *, & *** fights my fights

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding James' recent review of the business. In the past we have dealt with James over the phone and in person and he has consistently been condescending and rude to all of our employees, primarily the female employees. We have chosen to deal with his behavior in the past. However, on the day in question James was asked a simple question and immediately became aggravated and defensive. We promote and positive and friendly work environment and place to visit. We have asked James to not return to the business due to this latest interaction. We do not agree with James account of his recent visit. However, we believe at this point it is a case of "he said, she said".
