I went to Family Dental on 01/16/2024 to have a Root Canal done. They submitted the claim for the Root Canal and Core Build Up on the same day they performed the service. They were paid $702.35 for those services. My ******** was terminated on 01/31/2024. They failed to submit the claim for a crown for that tooth, in a timely fashion, which resulted in me paying $650.00 out of pocket for the crown. I spoke to Trinity and ******* at Denta Quest (the dental insurance company) on 02/15/2024. I was advised by ******* that they had not submitted a claim for the crown on 01/16/2024. Due to their negligence and unprofessionalism, I paid Family Dental $650.00 when I shouldn't have had to pay. I had the crown put on 02/12/2024. Because they didn't submit the claim Denta Quest denied the claim. I spoke with ***** in corporate who advised, if the insurance company would pay the claim, they would return the $650.00 to me. ******* at Denta Quest stated' Family Dental could have submitted multiple claims at the same time. This unfair to me and I want my $650.00 back. It was their negligence so why should I have to pay the price for their inadequate, unprofessional, negligent behavior. I'd appreciate your assistance in helping me get my money back. They need to pay for their mistake. This mistake made by Family Dental has caused me anguish, anxiety and $650.00. Id greatly appreciates your assistance in the matter. Please be advised I will not stop the filing of complaints until they pay me the money back for their error..
