            I have ****** and MTM is who is supposed to pay me for gas mileage reimbursement. I am missing several checks, MTM swears they will track them and they sent them for me, I never to hear back. I've sent proof in several times like they ask. I do everything I am told to do, so have several ****** case workers. We've l been lied to over and over, by MTM. None of us get the same information when we call. Always a different answer, always hung up on. Even my case managers! I am missing check from April - December 2023. MTM makes up non-stop lies why they won't pay out, then will tell me it's to late to get reimbursed to much time went by since we lost the checks. Scams. Non-stop scams. It says on, Their we site it's .65 per mile and I get like .40 I took a screenshot, it says ******. There a minimums requirement accord to ********. I want my check in missing, I want a contact number for the future to talk to someone directly. Not an employee hotline an individual my case worker and I call when I don't get checks. It's not if, it's when. You need to give me my .65 too back pay from when I started. Again. 1.) I want all of my missing checks. (you've had plenty of time to look. I mean ALL of them. You have the proof 100x over.)2.) I want a direct line to one higher up person, to contact. (Not a hotline to random employees who will hang up on everyone or give a random answer.) 3.) I want .65 per mile like promised on your website. I have the screenshot and the dates. 4.) I need information who to contact about your company. Who owns MTM or the company? Is it the state? Federal? Etc someone needs to fix their company.

            6 hours, 10 people and 8 phone calls to schedule a ride home after an outpatient procedure. First story is I get a bus ride there and car ride back. Next story is I get only a bus ride there but no ride back. Then a bus ride there and bus ride back. Then a car there and car back. Then a bus there and bus back. Then they finally tell me about RTC docs needing completion. Then RTC says the case file number means I can't be denied. Then approved a bus ride there and Lyft ride home. They scheduled the ride home 1 hour before my medical appointment. Then they corrected the time. Then they canceled the bus ride because of RTC documents fiasco. Then I argued my case file number can't be denied. MTM can barely be heard over the phone. There Supervisors pretend they don't have upper Management contact information. Then they switched me to bus ride only and no home pick up. I will be under anesthesia on the way home but functional. They get paranoid about it like they never experienced this situation before. A ride home after outpatient treatment. I'm not asking for a caretaker. This is the worst transportation business I have ever seen. I'm going to report and file anything I can. The attitude and immaturity is terrible. last communication was a lot better but I think she got burned out seeing all the problems. I was told a Lyft ride home but a bus ride there. Then an inquiry for a car ride there and back from a different service. Then they got paranoid and said I need a person with me to drive me. I explained I'll be fully functional but can't drive. Then MTM told me I can't be accommodated for the car ride there and back by the other service because my surgery center said I need a person with me. The outpatient center said they didn't confirm that. Then MTM told me it's because the other service is booked. At this point I think the person is lying and just trying to get rid of me. So, supposedly I still have public transit on my own but a Lyft ride home.
