Hired them to put up a privacy fence and to add steps on other side of my porch and to put up railings around the porch. First time I gave her 2k she disappeared and didnt return when she said she would. Every time I pointed out issues she would blame it on ********** or the ground. She did structural damage to my porch and when confronted she refused to acknowledge. Ask her to make repairs she took over a month to contact me and at the time she text I told her I was sick. She showed up anyway called me on the phone screaming and yelling at me, so I got out of bed and went outside she started yelling even more when I ask her to correct things. She acted like nothing was wrong and accused me of not paying her. Now mind you every time she ask for money I gave it to her. She then threatened to take me to court. Gave her ****** more that day, she stated she would be back the next day which is in text and she never showed just like before. My back door is off track now. Due to structural damage done by her. They also busted up concrete and threw it in my ***** and it cost me lots of money to take it to the dump in Hanover county. Today I find out they didnt pull permit to do the steps. I have contacted her on several occasions all she does is lie and never shows up. Now she wont respond at all. She refused to come correct the issues. The fence gate will not shut this is the second time this has happened. They came out and put poles in the yard before having the panels and polls where to far apart, there where huge gaps where panels met the poles. Paid them to also spray the fence with stain after buying ten gallons for ****** the fence still has up stained spots and some panels are lighter than others. They actually had taken extra supplies and wood, screws,etc. Once I said something they returned them. They left trash all over my yard and porch from there lunch and tools etc. Screws and stuff in my yard. I have videos and pictures of the fence and porch.
