Stay Away!Signed an agreement with Timber Creek Construction, LLC, owned by *****************, in May 2022 for a complete remodeling of our master bathroom. Work began in October 2022 for a project that Timber Creek Construction proposed as a 10-week project. 12 months later, our bathroom was not close to being complete. A sample of the issues remaining included the following:No plumbing fixtures installed No electrical fixtures installed Incomplete tile installation No doors installed Significant trim issue Subpar paint job, characterized by a Timber Creek employee as was beyond unacceptable and embarrassed by the work.A complete mess of our Master Bedroom, Master Closet, and additional bedroom (where we thought we were temporarily storing our belongings) that needed extensive cleaning This project contained poor project management, poor workmanship, no quality assurance on work that was completed, no adherence to provided schedules, and up charges on selection items that were neither contained in the agreed proposal or indicated to us prior to signing the agreement.The emotional trauma and physical health issues this caused us are beyond comprehension. We lived in complete chaos for a year with no completion in sight. It became very clear that Timber Creek was in over their head with this project and underestimated effort and project details that had been discussed many times prior to the work starting. We were left with no other option than to cease working with Timber Creek and pursue other means of completion, at a cost that was significantly more expensive than anything we had anticipated and proposed by Timber Creek. This was the worse construction/remodeling job we ever experienced.

Timber creek is a highly recommended company from me. If you have a vision they will make it happen or if you arent so sure on what you are looking for they are more than happy to help you find what you like. The Timber Creek team does stellar work in an incredibly timely manner! You will not be disappointed with what this hardworking team can do for you!

I had the pleasure of working with Timber Creek Construction on remodeling my master bath and putting in new flooring. They were fantastic to work with and they did everything necessary to our common goals. Everyone in the crew were great and again willing to do anything to get the job done right. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company to remodel for you. I would definitely use them again!

From start to finish the project was a dream. The team was wonderful about communicating with me. The crew showed up bright and early each day. They cleaned up the debris daily and the end result was phenomenal.

They are an excellent firm, on time have excellent employees and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

We hired Timber Creek to tackle some custom built-ins and a very complicated fireplace renovation and they knocked them both out of the park. Very happy and plan to use them for some future home renovations. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have used Timbercreek for a bathroom remodel. First one was a master bathroom remodel and the 2nd was the kids bathroom. Both were complete rebuilds and I must say my wife and I couldnt be happier. From the beginning when we had our first contact with them thru completion everything was top notch and smooth. Throughout the process they kept us informed of everything along the way. The workers are great to work with and they are very clean which means a lot to me! They are very patient with you if you have questions about the process. Our house is 30 years old and we are slowly upgrading everything! We plan on a kitchen remodel in the near future and we will definitely use Timbercreek!

Staff and work crew were thorough in all phases of the remodeling project. Bathrooms were updated, new and refinished floors, walls painted, custom mirrors and more were done to our complete satisfaction.
