********************** Mechanical plumbers were replacing all of the plumbing in our house on April 24th - 26th of 2023. On the 25th they turned the water on and spilled about ************************************ the kitchen. They also damaged the floors in 3 bathrooms by drilling holes directly through the floors rather than bringing the supply through the walls. The kitchen floors needed to be refinished and the bathroom floors needed to be repaired/replaced. Jacob ********************** agreed to pay for the floors in the kitchen to be refinished ($1000) and the labor portion of the bathroom repairs ($500). He also agreed to using my contractor (J K R ********* ***** to complete the work. The work was completed in early July and now it is August 22nd and my contractor has not been paid. We paid ********************** Mechanical the full amount of the agreement, $7776.80 when their work was completed. ********************** Mechanical plumbers had to borrow my brooms, dustpans and shopvac to clean up their considerable mess each day. They also left the basement floor covered with sheet rock residue when the finally left. We would like ***** ********************** to simply do what he agreed to do and pay our contractor.

the thermostat kept opening with the code 404. I spoke with Lennox they said it had to be replace. When the tech from Bradley came out he said there was nothing wrong. IT kept on happening. So I had ******************** tech come out and said it had to be replaced. We had Eveready also come out as well as ***** from ********************************************. I had *** from Bradley Mechancial do the maintemance which we have done twice a year since we started to use them. It seems the system had to be repaired. We had no AC upstates since May 21 2022. Yesterday ******************************************** replace the heat pump air handler and temperastat. Now WE have AC. If the tech from Bradley would have done his job we would have AC since the end of May. I will NEVER use or RECOMMAND Bradley to anyone. They did the two heat pump unit handlers temperstats as we as duct work costing us thousands of dollars as we as the maintenance twice a year for 11 years. We report them to Lennox as well. A new system was put in yesterday and now we have A/C. We paid for two times maintenance which I want my money back since LIKE I said NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They will never get anymore of our money. After talking to people I heard they are the worse.
