This is for Mattress by Appointment(MBA) in **************, **, but he operates out of both the Chesterfield location and **************, ** location.Only July 5, 2022, I went to MBA to purchase a mattress where it was advertised on ******** ad mattresses starting at $150. When I set up an appointment I stated I wanted to see the mattresses for $150 however he said he had none in the store, which is false advertisement just to get you there to purchase something else that was way more expensive. After purchasing one of the mattresses called "***********" totaled at $885.00 on purchase agreement pay in full within 90 days no interest. The 1st month I tried to sleep on this mattress and it was hurting my back. I called on Sept 2, 2022 and he said I could return the mattress as long as it did not have stains on it. When he came to pick up the mattress from my apartment he stated it was good I kept a mattress cover on it because he would send back to factory have it cleaned and resold. The mattress was switched out and the replacement mattress was $300 more on another lease plan no interest if paid within 90 days. I called back as there is an issue with the mattress sinking when laid on and causing me back pain. This time I asked since this was the top of the line mattress he had and there is an issue with yet a second mattress I wanted a refund. He stated all sales were final due to health concerns If all sales are final due to health concerns then how did he take the previous bed back. I've called for over 2 weeks to get in touch when I got with him he made an appointment to come by on Friday, Oct 28,2022 @1:30pm. He never showed, I called after 1:30 and he texted will call back It is now Monday, Oct 31,2022 and no response to phone call and text messages I have sent today. I even had to call from another phone number last week to have him answer my call. I'm requesting a total refund since beds are poor quality and are cleaned after being slept on previously.
