On January 9, 2022 I went to this location on the direction of *** to refuse delivery of a package that was delivered to my house. I am handicapped and use crutches, and I was struggling with bringing the package into the store. At first I talked to a woman who was rude, impolite, and refused to help me. She told me she could take the package and throw it away despite the sender expecting the package which contained items were several hundred dollars. I let her know if she did that she would likely be in some legal and financial trouble with the sender and she said she didnt care because there was nothing anybody could do to her. Then a male staff member came over and was even more unprofessional, condescending, argumentative, and exhibited a complete lack of any customer service. He looked at my package and told me there was no way to refuse delivery for the package. I told him I have refused delivery on *** packages before without any issue and he told me I was lying. He said I could try to give it to a *** driver and see if they will take it. I asked if there was one out back of the store now, he said yes, I asked if he could hand him the package, he refused and told me I could drive around even to the driver and said this despite my handicap and difficulty with walking, I then asked him if he could ask the driver to come up to the counter to which he scoffed and said I guess so. He returned and said the driver said they are not allowed to take packages, to which I disputed as Ive done that before, and he said theres nothing he can do, said sorry about your luck, and the walked away. I struggle leaving the store and not one single employee offered to help me. I am greatly disappointed in the way I was treated at the store. Its unfortunate that anybody would be treated this way, and Im shocked they would treat someone with a handicap this poorly.
