This was my first time purchasing my first vehicle I didnt know how to go about it or what to do I stopped by saw a car I liked talked to multiple company about taking a loan got insurance and left with the vehicle. I dont know anything about car but I was super excited about my first car and they knew that. I was offered a test drive and they drove it buying the car off the lot it was dragging all the bottom of the car I thought that was fixable and I was willing to put the money to fix it because its my first vehicle. once taken to look at after the purchase it turns out it was illegally pushed down to the ground with zip ties. How did this vehicle pass inspection not to mention No one notice that the windshield were not attached till I had my personal mechanic look at the car. also there was no muffler on the vehicle when we first saw the car it had a muffler and we didnt realize till we got home that it didnt have one bc of how loud it was. this is a stick shift vehicle which i decided to take upon myself to learn to drive but it hasnt moved since I purchased the vehicle bc of the windshields and getting the car off the ground I have pictures and receipts to prove all this. I just want to know whats going on with the company as to why they shut down and why they sold me a car that had so much illegal things done to it. I have videos and pictures for proof that cant be sent through pdf

On 6/10/24 I went to the dealership later on a representative came to me asking what was am looking for, we both took a drive test drive just around the h e corner because of really low gas so he also turned on the air conditioner that was cool, he highly recommended the car at a discounted price of 9300$ that was paid in cash and the carfax was not available or afforded to be review, he also stated that everything was operating and no issues. Within several days as the warm weather approached the ac system blowed out hot air with a odorous smell and the brakes stalled as the car did. With my concerns I'd decided to take it to several car care centers where it was discovered several serious issues described along with pictures and images that were shared with the management team. Good day to you, the ** system is blowing just cool air and not cold air as should causing discomfort, per conversation with you on Wednesday 6/12/24. No freeon 1234fy was added to the system which is considered unfair especially when you have received over 9,400$; The trust of your words becomes meaningless and unprofessional. You kept the vehicle for 3 days to overall the problems from the documents presented to you. At this time I'll be sending you a copy of the ongoing inquiry into the issues mentioned in the above past text messages. Truthfully, as a client it seems as a quicker so called repair done under your selected mechanical staff as they have failed and as a client within 30 days, my personal income had to buy or purchase 2 tires, full wheel alignment, oil change which documentation will show that you sold me a vehicle in a lemon state of conditions, am taking the vehicle to have an over review because its common for safety and security purposes mentioned.Hopefully that the spark plugs were replaced as recommended by the documents and not just overlooked by your staff. There is more pictures to forwardas the trust is not available for this company. Please repair all issues.

I bought a car from city wide auto and truck sales at the end of January. When I test drove the car there was shaking and issues with shifting gears, so I got it in writing with both of us signing that the car would be fixed because I bought the car out right. I paid a little over $5000 half cash, half on card. Had the car for a week went and dropped it off at the dealership they said it take 3-4 days to fix it. It started taking more and more time. 3 weeks comes around then the dealership said they sent it to ********************* in ********** va. So I began to call them for weeks and they kept telling me gm motors had to come fix it and then some. The entire time city wide auto gave me a van to drive as a loaner car and put my plates from my car on it and then someone stole it long story short they got it impounded so I went up to city wide auto and told them what happened that I tried to get the car and wasnt able then they told me they dont even have a title or registration to the loaner car that they put me in. And so then Ive been calling and going up there to try and get my car and they said ***** still has it. So I have a recording of my boyfriend on the phone with ***** of them saying they have been called the dealership saying they couldnt fix it and to come get it and they had never been paid.

      Hello,

I was reaching out because it wouldnt allow me to respond to what was said from city wide auto and said that the video was to long that I am attaching from *********************. So for starters a lot of the claims ***** stated are inaccurate. When it came to me buying the vehicle in January, his sales representative ****** advised me to get it in writing city wide auto would be responsible for all the repairs to car that it was having issues with (transmission and wiring). His finacial advisor ****** wrote everything and we both signed it stating they were responsible for fixing the car. Then their mechanic **** said it would take 3-4 business days. So when this happened they put me in a loaner car which was a Malibu that they had when I was driving that I noticed the transmission was slipping and also I needed something third row because I have three kids in car seats and so I went back up there and they put me in a black Dodge caravan that had an inspection from a ************************************************************************************ driving even just normal roads and on highways so I instantly went back up to the car dealership they put me in a silver van which yes, the windshield get busted but I sat there and offered to pay for the damages because someone had had something fly out of their truck and hit the windshield and his financial advisor. ****** said that that happened consistently with their loaner cars. They always have issues and that windshield would come in broken and it was fine that I didnt need to pay for the repairs so they put me back in the ****** and so the windshield was fixed , once the windshield was fixed, they sat there and put me back in the van and as soon as I left the parking lot, the car was overheating right there. The thermostat had gone out so they put me back in the ****** and then two days later called me to come pick up the van again when this had happened I had the van for a few months and someone has stolen. It was not my boyfriend. My boyfriend has his own cars, which is neither here nor there, but the person who got arrested with the car is still in jail, and they sat there and got charged for possession for stealing a car for false plates, and not having a registration , with this being said the plates on the car for the outlook which the dealership had put onto every loaner car that they had put us in according to Chesterfield county police it is highly illegal to switch plates to another. And when the car had gotten stolen, I had gone up the citywide auto to sit there and help figure it out with them because I didnt know what else to do and as far as me calling the Chevrolet dealership, I called them about five or six times not every day I called citywide auto every day yes because they have had my car for over five months and this is ridiculous. I called the ***** dealership five or six times and they said the same thing every single time that they had been calling citywide auto to come get the car and left messages on their voicemail because they had not come and got the car and they had said that the car was not fixable. ******************** was the one who recommended that I get lawyers and the Better Business Bureau involved because they said that the citywide auto has done this to multiple people and that I need to get my 5200$ back if not more because Ive been paying insurance on a car that I havent had for five months. As far as me buying another car during this time, yes I did, which is none of their business. I bought another car because the factor of all the vehicles that they had put me in Ive had major issues in our unsafe and unreliable to drive. The only options that I am willing to go about it this route is getting my $5200 Or if the car is somehow magically fixed like theyre claiming I want it in writing that citywide auto is responsible for the parts that they have replaced for the next year if something goes wrong that they have to replace it or give me my money back

The parts they replaced according to what ****** and ***** dealership was the transmission and wire harness for that car. So either I want a written agreement that city wide auto is responsible for the next year on the transmission and wiring or I want the $5200 back in full.
