1/31/24 3:30 appointment. I provided reference pictures upon booking and the owner suggested a deep rooted ******** and quoted me for either darkening my roots or keep my natural color. I booked to darken my roots and keep NO natural color. When I got called into the chair by stylist ****** we had a 30 minute conversation on what I wanted to do with my hair. She asked me what colors and I showed her inspiration. I told her I hated the faded color I was left with and wanted nothing left of that color. I understood if the blonde wasnt the perfect tone. But the brown root ombre in with some blonde of sort would be doable. She asked me if I wanted solid color and I said yes. To which she then said, how high do you want to blonde to come up? I said my cheek bones and lifted my hands. She said oh okay so pretty low then and I said yes. She told me she wanted to use foils to try to get as light as possible on the blonde which I understood. I noticed right away she was teasing my hair and what seemed to be highlighting. I asked her about the teasing and she said it helped it to blend. Trusting her, I kept on. After that she took me to the bowl and what came next was pure horror. She and the receptionist both took a brush to my hair and ripped the teases out of my hair for ***** minutes pulling my scalp and causing permanent damage to my hair. She then smudged about an inch and a half of the wrong color dark on my root. She ended up giving me a Teasy light and root smudge service instead of a traditional balayage like I booked and expected. My hair looks nothing like it should and I told her right away. She had her boss call me the next morning and the boss offered to just darken the roots again. I declined the whole head is wrong not just roots. I asked for refund and they posted my picture online. I commented asking to be removed and they deleted it and text back to stop harrasing them. I clarified I was just looking for a resolve and opted to leaving reviews.
