I had this company come out to do some repairs to some wires in my heating boiler and routine service work The unit was in full operation and working to specs before their technician touched it. He almost blew up our house from leaking gas and left the unit inoperative. I asked the tech to leave and have his manager call me. The manager happens to be the owner of the company (****). During the technicians time at our house he proceeded to try and sell me on a new unit multiple times and I informed him it wasnt in the cards right now. With this being said Im in full belief thats why he broke our unit. So **** the manager/owner calls me and at first is very nice and states he will call me back when he speaks with the tech. Flash forward 20 minutes later he calls me back and is very insulting and says that the unit needs to be condemned and replaced and that his tech says it was inoperative when the tech arrived then states I ran his guy off which rightfully so he almost blew ours house up and I had lost all confidence that he knew what he was doing. Long to short we have no heat and missing parts on what was a fully operational heating unit before they arrived. Im at a loss and have called another company to assist in repairs and I will have a estimate later today to know the damages. I need help in knowing what rights I have and how to pursue this WA Sherman company in the compensation of what damages they caused.
