On January 8 this tree service left two very large and heavy pieces of tree trunks in the street in front of my house. They are unsightly and a danger to drivers. I have called them repeatedly to come remove them. They no longer even answer my calls.Business response

So I’m the end month of January 2022 we had A significant amount of snow and ice in the local area. We were slammed with work this client had called me needing trees removed to get out of the driveway we processed to do the work late into the afternoon to help this client . Once the work was completed we had both large trucks full of material and no room for the remaining logs which we then placed out by the road there was significant tree damage in the neighborhood and a lot of the homeowners had put their debris at the street because the local municipal companies come out and will do roadside cleanup. And we left that afternoon homeowner was happy with the work done we cleaned up the yard very well even with snow on ground. 2 weeks went by and the Homeowner advise me that dominion Support county had not remove the logs so I had to told her we would come by when we were in the area working but I would get them cleaned up. And about 2 more weeks went by and we had been out of work due to 2 of my guys having covid and I came down with symptoms. So I wasn’t quite thinking about work while I was laying in bed deathly ill. I reached out to the client and advised her I would be by the following Week which was this week I was planning on coming by Thursday the 17th once my crew was done. She advised me that she had already got it cleaned up and it cost her $** so I went ahead and went by there immediately and gave her $** cash and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused and offered to do anything else that was needed to be done to make this right and make her happy. And leaving the property at 1:26pm Thursday the 17th this issues has been since resolved.
