This contractor do not deserve one star. A different person when it comes to money(absolutely greedy). A big get over. He took me for my money. I had to call the contractor back out to my home. He did not like that he was called back after the completion of my home renovation. The contractor was so nasty toward me but when someone else that wasn't one of his worker was around he was different...he was nice. He did the project the cheapest way he could that is why he had to come back and he was paid a lot of money for the project. He did not want to correct what was wrong and it was right in his face.... a lot of caulking around the trimming board had to be redone because very cheap caulking was used, a lot of caulking was used in the gutters that was installed by the contractor because of leakage which never stopped. The gutters that was installed along with the drip edge wasn't installed correctly caused a whole lot of rotten to my roof because water was going back behind the gutters and drip edge. The contractor didn't listen to me about the gutters and drip edge for a whole year...kept saying its no damage going on. The contractor decided to come out one day along with his crew wanting to look at the gutters and drip edge to see if any damage going on... I refused to let them do anything to the gutters and drip edge because the contractor was a little to late...damage was already done. And to me the contractor was coming back to make more money off of me. And finally my porch was gutted and I asked why the wood they were using look so old. I was told that its like that because it was sitting outside which I found out later that, that wasn't true. And also the wood had nail holes in it. Now I am wondering how long my porch is going to last. I feel like I was ripped off. Its a shame.

I've been in business for 24 years working on everything from the smallest of projects to 1.2 million dollar homes and I've never experienced anything like this. Mrs. ******** I did everything I could for you every time you called I would be there.
We finished her work about 5 months ago, she asked me to install drip edge around her home where the roofer never installed and her roof was only 5 years old . I didn't want her to spend money on taking a nearly new roof off so we install drip edge and it stopped the water from running behind her facial metal which was happening for the 5 years the roof had been installed. I see now she has installed a new roof since we were there last.
Her porch needed to be rebuilt when we 1st arrived we noticed the windows were installed on their side we had seen a lot of things but not this one, 6 windows that were double hung windows were now sliders. This allowed water to run down inside the walls as there were no weep holes where they needed to be located. The porch was nearly ready to collapse. We installed new windows and rebuilt the porch, as the windows that existed would not working correctly any longer. We never took any shortcuts and never will..
I would be willing to give anyone the last 10 numbers of people we've worked for in the past for references and they would invite me back.
Even after all this I would still help Mrs. ******** if she needed me.
