I took my vehicle to this place to get the ignition coils and spark plugs replaced. The mechanic replaced and put the new ones in but proceeded to use a battery operated tool to tighten down the bolts that go into the valve cover on the engine. In the process of him doing that he stripped out the sleeves that are in the valve cover and now the valve covers have to be replaced. Since you cannot take out the bolts now because it is stripped in the sleeves themselves. I contacted and spoke to the mechanic and he gave me a hard time and wanted to pick up my vehicle on Thursday with a trailer so he could take a look at it and work on it. Why would I want somebody to work on my vehicle that messed it up once already? I dont think soCustomer response
