Caleb discriminates between military people. “I never discussed a percentage with the person who you had call me. Military discount must be applied at time of estimate with a valid photo ID.” From Caleb in text I had a friend call him and sent picture of evidence of my husband being in the military. Caleb said that he gave select discounts to different military people to my friend. Then he said he didn’t honor military discounts later for other military members. It has military discount on his truck. I suggest he takes it down as this is false advertising. He upped the price on a military spouse multiple times. I have that in video. He has been hateful from the very beggining saying he would take me down to court after upping the price three times for *** dollars when I said I wouldn’t pay the third up price and get mechanics lean on my house. I have that on recording as well for *** dollars. It should be noted I didn’t shake but fear of him actually doing such u agreed but told him I expected a progressional job. He went back down to ***** later. But he was offering me *** off which would have been originally from the video ******  A handshake means nothing to him when you both agree on a price and it shows your not a man of word or integrity as manager, because of his philosophy that a handshake means nothing. I only know this because I shook hands with him and then he upped the price. I sent him the Id for my husband and he refused to give a military discount price. I have had to go behind Caleb’s crews work. His crew left dangling wires one day. Didn’t put a light box up so you could see wires pertruding from a lamp. If I could upload pictures up here I would. He expected to get paid for shoddy work like that. They also left the window seals without caulking around their trim so water could get in. But yet he expected to be paid for water getting in. His crew also used a ladder and it destroyed my gutter, it has been fixed now.
