  I bought a vehicle from this company, there are so many things wrong with this car, and it is not safe to drive, they put me in this vehicle knowing that I have two kids. I got into a car wreck a month after buying the vehicle due to the brakes not working and I took it back up to them, they are telling me it's the wheel bearing, they put me in a car that is not safe to drive, they also gave it to me with an expired inspection sticker I'm not even sure the car was ever inspected to begin with, the transmission mount is bad and the motor is jumping and moving, they're telling me they're not going to fix the problems because they're not safety issues. But they definitely are, I'm just grateful that my children weren't in the car when I wrecked. Now I have tickets I have to pay for rear ending someone in my insurance is going to go up, I cannot believe they put people in cars that are unsafe to drive. The brakes are terrible and the car doesn't stop when you need it to! They need to be put out of business,  how are they even able to still operate as a business It's not right. I'm currently making payments on this vehicle to finish paying off the other $1,500, so far I've made one monthly payment of $120. I want a full refund, or they need to repair the vehicle, my blinker lights only work sometimes, which is also another safety hazard, the gas gauge doesn't work which is also another the gas gauge doesn't work which is also another safety the gas gauge doesn't work either, the wheels are old and dry rotted, I took it to another shop and had them diagnose it, they told me the transmission is going out as well. They basically sold me a car that's going to break down before I can even pay it off.

  ****** ***** purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Impala on 3/13/24. The car was sold As/Is No Warranty with 154736 miles. The car did have a valid Va. Inspection. She drove the car for months with no issues. She took the car to a local garage close by and she had them inspect it. They told her the car was safe but needed a transmission mount. She brought the car back to me and told me she needed a transmission mount. I told her the was sold As/Is but if she would buy the mount I would install it for free and we did. She drives this car daily and delivers for **** **** stop and go, in a hurry all the time, the car is 20 years old and will not stand this kind of abuse. She has never had to have the car towed. I have never sold a car not safe that got any child hurt. She has no proof of these false accusations and needs to use caution in making such accusations.
