In July, 2023, ****, owner of this company, came to my house to give me a quote for creating a flower bed on my front yard. While he was here I showed him the damage that was done to the siding on the front of my house from the weed-whacker used by his man who cuts my grass. On September 26, 2023, having never gotten any quote or any form of communication from ****, he came to my house after I called his office and threatened to report him to BBB. Again I showed him the damage that was now worse to my siding as well as the dried grass that was blown all over the sides of my and both neighboring houses. He said he would power wash my house and replace the damaged siding. A few weeks later someone did come out and power wash my house but he has never sent anyone out to replace the damaged siding. I don't know the dollar value of this repair because he said he had a siding person who would do the work. I just want him to honor his commitment to have this work done. I also paid for winter rye grass seed application which was done but is extremely sparse and the lawn is 3/4 brown. He runs a very shoddy business and does disreputable work.Business response

I apologize that the siding repair has taken so long to complete. *********** that I initially scheduled with kept pushing it back and I have contacted another company. If I was able to perform the repair myself I would have done it long ago, unfortunately, I have to wait for a siding contractor. As promised, it will get done by a qualified person. Regarding your grass seed, I am not sure why it has not come up as well as you expected. Many factors can effect seed germination and growth. Generally it is from a lack of rain or irrigation. Although the grass may not have come in as well as we would like, I can assure you that the grass seed that came up is alive and green. The brown grass in your lawn is your previously established ******* grass that has gone dormant. Considering the season, What do you feel is a corrective action that I could take regarding the grass seed?

Re: ******** I am not ready to say this dispute has been solved to my satisfaction. The business has only said he's working on a solution. He told me this months ago and I have yet to see any action. He seems to have a lot of excuses for not getting the job done. Therefore, please change my response to "Unresolved" at this time. *******************
