I purchased sublimation images from this store on Monday May 23rd in the amount of $49.75. They are sublimation images for tumblers. The site states that the images are to fit a 20oz tumbler in the size of 9.3 in around which I did measure my cups and they are the correct size. When I received my images I started putting them on the tumblers and they leave a white strip where the image ends, not fitting my cup entirely. I am literally hurting my thumbs to try and make sure the wrap fits the entire cup. I messaged Betty, the owner, I explained the situation and she replied that it wasn't their problem and they would not refund my money. She then proceeded to block me from the site. This is poor customer service and very childish. I spent way too much money on this product for it not to work. I am very disappointed. I may not get the refund I deserve but hopefully I can warn others about her and help someone else not get the poor customer service I got. I did not have an account at the time I purchased this product so all I have for proof of order is a text and the package that the images came in. I can submit those if needed. In regards to Mrs. ***** complaint what she neglected to disclose is that she sent an actual picture of the prints working , our tumbler print measurements are posted on our website in at least 3 different places and what ever issue she may of had was not our fault . She also waited til outside our posted 72 hr policy for any issues that was our fault to be fixed , this is not our fault . She wants something for free . She or someone she knows also tried to place another order for basically the same prints under a different name , ********* ***** but used the same credit card ****** ***** used that our fraud filter caught as it had been flagged from this purchase . When it was blocked by our fraud filter she moved on to a 3rd name ****** ******* and proceeded to try and order 3 more times . I will include screen shots for you to view .Sincerely, Betsy
