      This shop failed to call a warranty dept. for a motor for 3 weeks after the vehicle was dropped off simply because the desk guy was "dreading the call". They then took another 2 months to complete the job. They still have not returned my keys, or provided me with a receipt or invoice. I used my spare keys to pick the vehicle up from the shop after business hours. Currently they are refusing to return my old motor to the warranty dept. which will then reimburse me the costs of there labor. They claim they have no way of receiving a BOL, however they advertise an email address on there business card. I am also taking legal action against them, that process is ongoing. I feel that they are trying to take advantage of me and keep my old motor to sell themselves. Please help me resolve this matter as it has already financially and emotionally drained me.

      The bad motor in question is currently waiting to be picked up from your warranty company. I have no reason to keep it. As far as your keys goes we made a mistake and thought you were picking up on Saturday like originally planned and will gladly mail you your keys to your home address.

      I took my car up to University BP in ******* ******** to be fixed for oil leak. They replaced my valve cover gasket, my spark plugs along with the valve cover they told me it was fixed not even three weeks later I had to replace the part again when I replaced the part again for the second time, he said that it was fixed, it has now been a month later and the same part is broken again. He said that he would only replace the parts that he replace to begin with not the parts that should have been replaced at the beginning. I have talked to other dealerships and they said that three parts should have been fixed at the same time so this problem wasn’t a reoccurring issue. When I called to speak to them, he refused to give my money back and said that he would only replace the parts that he worked on in the other parts that needed to be fixed he would charge me six to $700 for the parts that should have been fixed to begin with. I am filing a complaint because I would like my money back because I spent $850 with him for my car to have a reoccurring issue I now have to fix my car again that is going to cost me $1200.

      I have spoken with ****** back on Feb. 17th and we have it all resolved.
