I gave my Fiancé the number to RVA mold remediation. He got a call center, they took his information, someone called him back to set up an appointment but it wasn't until there was an issue he told me who. Hero was the name of the company he had booked with and he thought it was RVA as that is who he tried to call. I believe an error happened in the call center. It would have been fine they were supposed to be there at 3:30. My Fiancé left to get our son and received a text message from their tech Chris at 3:42 claiming he had been at the house for 15 mins, which is not true I was on the phone with him until 3:40. That isn't a big deal things happen people are late. He didn't call he texted. My Fiancé called him 5 times and he ignored each call. He then said we would have to reschedule and they are booked 2 months out. They gave us zero opportunity to communicate over the phone. Which I am now thankful for as I have all of this documented. I wrote a review on the poor communication and customer service and they attacked me as a person, which I have never spoken to anyone there and my previous reviews for other companies. The google response was also all lies and made matters worse. This company has been extremely unprofessional in numerous ways and I want this documented for others to know. I have all text messages and reviews. I will have to remove my google review because I can not respond to the lies that were stated and it has attacked me personally and I have never communicated with them. My involvement is this is I am the one in doctors care for mold treatment. We contacted RVA remediation who was very apologetic for Hero and the issues that have happened. They showed up on time, were professional and have already completed their inspection and estimate. I hope that no one has to be verbally abused by Hero in the future but I know that is not going to be the case. I am an advocate for helping people with mold and will make sure everyone knows not to call Hero. This is not how a business should handle customers.
