As a result, I now face the inconvenience and financial burden of having to retake the exam. Business's attempts to resolve the issue: Despite my efforts to seek resolution, including reaching out to GMAC's customer service representative, *******, via email [Ticket number: ******], I have received no response to my detailed message. Additionally, ******* sent a dismissive email, stating that any further communication from me would be disregarded. This lack of responsiveness and dismissive attitude demonstrates a failure on the part of GMAC to address and resolve the issue.
