    I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. I employed the services of this company to host a gaming server, which is what the dedicated server is advertised as. As a gaming server, the intended audience is not going to be a big company with it's own IT support staff at it's beck and call. It's for people who want to be able to have their own gaming server to play with friends and other gamers from around the world. From start to finish the process to set up the server is not user friendly at all. It's a very complicated ambiguous process to get the server configured to even get to the point that you can even download the game to the server. The only support this company provides its customers with are horrible guides posted in their forums. They have "customer support chat" instant messaging which customer support, zero tech support. You have a question that isn't answered in forums, the response is "sorry, we only provide support for hardware." I pay $150+ a month because I wanted good hardware, and good customer service. You don't find out until after you sign up that in the fine print they offer no support. There's no 1800 number, no complaint contact info. I was supposed to get 1Gbps Up/Down speed. I had locally installed testing and got 300Mbps at best, I had network jitter of LITERALLY 500+ms latency and up to 14% packet loss. With all firewalls deactivated the game ports still were closed after 3rd parties that need it open ran tests. I asked for support to make the server function, even if just a link to instructions to fix it myself "Sorry we only provide hardware support, we suggest you contact the game software developers" WHAT? I didn't close the ports to prevent people from connecting to the server, firewalls are off. When I told them about my network connection issues, they gave me a list of tests to run by myself using command prompts with no instructions, and then told me to send it to them and they would look at it. Terrible!
