      OpenSky took a payment out of my bank account and charged me twice then put the 2 payments on reversed and charged me a return fee and I still have not got the money back in my account

      I have been with open sky 2 years I called April 23 to ask if I can have another account they told me yes coustmers have 2 accounts I asked if I can copy the same amount as my first card they told me yes I filled out application got approved placed *************************************************************************************** 60 days multiple times so 2 weeks before 60 days I was heading to send them money I called to make sure I could send a cashiers check .... they stated lieing to me constantly telling me they never told me 60 days and I need to ask for a credit line increase so we did and they declined they they told me I could get ****************************************************************************** I could never have a second account after placing a second account on my credit report forcing me damaged profile low card limt witch I never agreed to I was mislead and lied to multiple times they have all the recorded calls of me being minpalated and lied to over 25 times they lie to people and will damage ur criedt report more then help I would never ask a bank for a 200 credit limt they miss lead me into believing u could have 2 accounts with the same limt I'm now suffering a major lost beacuse they damaged my credit report I had to close this account due to they lied to me from start to finish

      Your company has THE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE I've ever experience. You tell your customers that it takes 5 days to process and clear payment. Here's my point, I paid my balance in full on June 5 2024 and it June 10th 2024 my account should of been at 0 all across the board. Why is it showing on my app that my credit balance is a -$22. I called Open sky and the so called helpful rep **** that my available credit will be available on the 15th of June. Now how is that 5 days for my balance to be available. You guys are so quick to tell us consumers that we are late on our payments but not so up to speed with the other consumers who are paying on time or even before our due dates. And as for your "Professional rep" you need to give them something, a happy pill or a bump. Cause they have an emotion of a zombie in the worst movie ever made. You either need to retrain them or get better employees. It sounds as if they are working for the worst company and I think that's the only thing they have ever gotten right about. And I better get my deposit back or it's gonna be h*** to pay. Trust me when I say this. I've closed a business for bad business practice. It only takes one to do it.

      This is a complete scam company and the *** needs to investigate this companies policies the SEC and FDIC needs to check the out. I suggest to anyone else who sees this after me to pursue a lawsuit hopefully we would get a class action. They take your deposit and start giving you the run around. The staffs are ratchet more than ******* staffs and they pass you around on the phone and you can hear them joking in the background.In ******* 2024 this people have to be kidding me.

      My older card with them is a little over 6 years old. The highest my score has been was 816, which got me the *** treatment when I purchased a newer car. That loan has me down to the 750s, but Im not upset. Credit is about utilization, and this card opened the door for that. The only times *** had to call them were to figure out how to raise my limit and activate my new card. Open Sky, thanks for the opportunities, thanks for treating people with respect. Youre doing amazing, *******!

      I've had both a secured and unsecured card with Open Sky. Company policy on holds for things like rental car deposits, is to hold the money in a pending state for 30 calendar days AFTER, the rental company releases their hold. During this time, the money on hold is not available to the customer. How is that legal? Seems that I'm actually loaning Open Sky money to use for them to invest and earn interest during the time they are holding my funds. I pay a fees for the use of the card, should I not receive $ when the company earns off my $?Also, customer service is horrible. Most agents I've encountered behave as if the customer is an interruption to their work vs. the reason their jobs exists.I rated 2 vs 1 star as you can build credit using the card responsibility. But f you have other options for credit cards, you may want to carefully consider those instead.

      I am a disabled vet which makes this a complaint not a review but I will start. I have mailed a letter to close my account due to Open SKy taking money and not releasing it. I filed through Navy Federal to retrieve my money back and the company is refusing to close the account. I sent off correspondence from UPS with a Notary Stamp the company is discriminating as my way of communication to close my account by mail, phone and fax is being ignored

      ** STOLE MY DEPOSIT FOR 2 YEARS AND HAVE NOT RETURNED IT** What started as a credit building journey turned into a credit builder scam. I entrusted OpenSky w its a credit card deposit initial amount of $1000 to begin building credit. As I further trusted them I increased my deposit to $1500. At one point I almost went ahead and increased my deposit further to $5000. Thank the universe something just made me not do it. For 2 years straight I made all my payments ON TIME, maybe just one was slightly late at the most but overall I was near PERFECT. Then out of the blue BOOM they close my account for no reason. At first I was devastated because I wanted to keep building my credit but ultimately I accepted it and was doing fine getting accepted with normal credit companies. BUT, Open Sky would not return my security deposit of $1500. Their customer service often has HOURS of waits, no e-mail, no chat, no text. They have sort of PO BOX for mail and a long long customer service wait nightmare. For years I have waited to get this security deposit back being tossed from one department to the next. Only today have I discovered I have to talk to the "Carson S*********" department (Brand New Information) to attempt to get my security deposit back. I've had enough. These crooks should not be allowed to operate! They prey on people needing to build credit then steal their deposit. Give me back my security deposit OpenSky!

      Good afternoon, I am Donavan K***** and I opened my first credit card with OpenSky a few months ago. Everything was great and I was even able to up credit limit after a few months. Everything was smooth. I never missed a payment. This is my money that I put into this. That being said I had a $517 dispute with them on Dec.6th. I reported it immediately to them and supplied the documents and they said 2 weeks with that but couldn't take up to 60 days. Ok I called 3 times a week and I received all the mail. I followed all the rules. Then Everytime I called back to check up they had a excuse and I had to go to the store to fax more documents. They made me do this over 7 times and 50 fax's ! More money I had to spend noy to mention now I have all these fees. So I started to complain after over month and half of this. They started hanging up me and being rude. I personally have NEVER had multiple people treat me like that before. Since all of this has happened my phone was turned off and I lost my car which also caused me to miss my family during the holidays. I have everything documented ! I did nothing wrong. I was trying to build my credit for a better life. Now I'm broke and I have no more help from anyone. The government help I received and lawyer advice told me to reach out to you because your fund them. They refuse to get me to a supervisor. Is this even a real company? I'm in California and this breaks so many laws but I'm just trying to get the money back so we can move on. They even closed they case and told me they will re open it ? What ?!?!
