On January 23rd, I made a purchase from LifeFuels of pods that go with their smart water bottle. It was a transaction of $19.32. There has never been an update on the order and I have attempted to contact them 3 times. This is the second purchase I have had an issue with them for, the first time they did nothing until I contacted them again, then they sent me part of my order as nothing is in stock. I am not convinced this is a real company and they may be grifting.Initial Complaint

I bought this bottle on 11/28/2021 and I received it on 12/07/2021 within 7 days the bottle stopped working. It wouldn't dispense the pods and the base would get hot. I paused my order on ****** and they let me know I need to contact them, I emailed them which their website says 1 day turn around. To no response I wrote them on Instagram to which they responded days later. They offered to send me another bottle & when they did that bottle also did the same exact thing. They offered to send more pods and I just let them know I was no longer interested and could send both bottles back for a refund to which they said no need to send the bottles back. ****** has now let me know they did not process a refund for me so I would still have to pay for this faulty bottle until they do so. I reached out to them again to which they now state that the person running their social page doesn't have authority to process the refund which I understand HOWEVER previous conversations in that same message was where they told me to keep the bottles AFTER I offered to send them BOTH back as long as they paid for shipping because it has honestly been the worst customer service I have ever received like EVER. i have never been one to go this far but they are just not a good company. I just want my money back and for this to be put behind me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a life fuels bottle and a pods subscription. The product has leaked without any changes, certain pods will not disperse flavor and leak in the bottle wasting product and money, and when emailed they don't seem to respond.
