Date: 4/26 I employed Changepro USA to build up a drywall and install a door. The result was such that the drywall was substantially inclined and not aligned to the door frame. Also, the door cannot be completely closed. Immediately after my payment of $2,500, I noticed the above defects and notified *** ******* ***** of the structural defects. After the conversation, he once agreed to come back to my house to fix the defects on May 12th at 5PM. Howvever, he called in to reschedule because of his delayed previous project, and I agreed to rescheduled to May 13 , 10AM. On May 13, 11Am, I sent a text message him to make sure he let me know when he is heading to my house, He failed to respond. On the same day at 11, I could no longer call or text him because I was blocked. I repeatedly asked him to come to our house to fix the defects since then. However, he refused to take my call or respond to my text messages. During the project, I asked him if he has a license for building the drywall and he replied "You asked me to build the drywall and I am building the drywall. There is no license for building the drywall". I would like to ask him to fix the structural defects ASAP. I have all the records including the contract executed by him and me, and proof of payment.Business response

We did went to house and completed all requests by costumer, he agreed and we thank each other for the work he give us and for the services we completed for costumer.
