This company sent us a quote for lawn mowing services. We followed up to the quote with an email asking questions about the frequency of the mowing and how their contract works. They did not answer the questions we asked sufficiently, so we did not respond beyond that email. We then decided to use a different lawn mowing company. Then we started receiving invoices from Red Maple via text, as they claim they mowed our lawn, with no verbal or written communication confirmation from us-and certainly no contract. They also claim to have mowed during the time frame the other company we selected had already been mowing on a weekly basis, which is ridiculous. I want the invoices to stop, I want this company to wipe out the charges, and I want to be left alone. We will not be bullied into paying this company for work we did not agree to and have no proof was completed. No further communication beyond the below took place, which is why no additional emails have been uploaded. I've screenshotted the invoices that they continue to text.
